The new Dead by Daylight DLC pack, “Charity Case,” is out now in the Humble Store and Steam. The add-on includes 26 new cosmetic items, with all profits going to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation.
The “Charity Case” DLC, released by Starbreeze and Behaviour Digital, includes 20 brand new items and 6 previously released exclusive items. They were created by dedicated Dead by Daylight broadcasters and contains items for both Survivors and Killers. Now everyone will be able to wear their own favorite outfit.
Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game that allows up to four players to play as Survivors while a fifth player acts as a Killer. The four players get to choose which specific Survivor they want to be, while the fifth chooses which Killer to play as. The maps range from the typical old-school horror film settings, such as the woods and an asylum.
The game was released in June 2016 on PC and has gone on to sell more than 1.8 million copies on Steam. Dead by Daylight was recently released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The popular DLC update for John Carpenter’s Halloween has already been released for PC, allowing Killers to play as the iconic slasher, Michael Myers. Survivors can also play as Laurie Strode and explore the town of Haddonfield. The Halloween DLC should come to consoles this month.
