If M. Night Shyamalan has taught us anything at all, it’s that now is the time to sell your home and move next to a large body of water. Aliens don’t like water.

Bryant Johnson, a 27-year-old in Casper, Wyoming, was arrested a few weeks ago for public intoxication and booked in the county jail. It’s his story, though, that has people talking.

Johnson claimed that he was a visitor from the year 2048, and that he’d come to warn the unsuspecting citizens of Casper that aliens will be arriving in 2018, warning that residents must “leave as soon as possible.”

Describing his form of transportation, Johnson stated that the aliens filled his body with alcohol, forced him to stand on a giant pad, and teleported him to the year 2017. He offered no information as to why the aliens had sent him to present time to warn of their invasion, but he insisted on speaking with the town president about the matter.

Police reported that Johnson’s eyes were bloodshot, he smelled of booze, and his speech was slurred. Oh, and he had a blood alcohol content of .136.

Haters will say his alien story is hogwash.

Let’s hope they’re right.
