In a world in which Netflix exists, who the hell needs Santa Claus? That’s right, forget Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner AND Blitzen. Netflix doesn’t need magical, flying reindeer to bring us happiness. Like Nike and Shia LaBeouf, they JUST DO IT- and they’re doing it again this Christmas by releasing Creep 2 for your viewing pleasure on December 23rd!

We had the chance to review the found footage sequel before its initial VOD release, and we’re more than willing to attest to its superiority. If you thought the dark, awkward humor in the original film couldn’t possibly be more tense, Creep 2 will prove to be a cringe-worthy treat for Netflix subscribers.
The film follows the psychotic Josef (Mark Duplass), now going by the name of Aaron, as he invites a videographer, Sara (Desiree Akhavan), to document him and his largely unknown crimes. Despite Aaron admitting to being a serial killer, Sara is reluctant to believe his claims and the two form an uncomfortable bond that will have viewers watching through gaps in their fingers.
Netflix is largely responsible for the first film’s success, and we can’t wait to stream them both back to back.
Thanks for the gift, Netflix!
