On the heels of its incredibly successful SXSW 2018 world premiere, A Quiet Place got a more revealing, and terrifying, final trailer. Directed by and starring John Krasinski and co-starring Emily Blunt, the film has Platinum Dunes’ Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller on as producers with a screenplay written by Bluebox Films’ Bryan Woods and Scott Beck.

A Quiet Place follows a couple and their children in a post-apocalyptic world where noise could mean death. The population has been ravaged by vicious creatures who use sound to hunt, so people are either forced to adapt or risk being slaughtered. In the new trailer, the suspense is taken to another level by giving us a better glimpse of the creatures in action, and showing that other people are also a threat.

The film met overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics and festivalgoers alike and currently holds a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. A Quiet Place will be in theaters April 5th. You can check out the trailer below!
